European Union (EU)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at seapathclothing@gmail.com or use our Withdrawal Request form available on our website within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt by email.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unused

  • Be returned with all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original condition

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges (EU)

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at seapathclothing@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Other European Countries

For customers outside the European Union but within Europe, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected

United States

Due to the high cost of international returns, we currently do not offer standard returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the United States.

Please carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us at seapathclothing@gmail.com and we will review the situation individually.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at seapathclothing@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
