Standard Shipping (CTT)

  • Free shipping on orders over 30€

  • Orders below 30€: 2,90€ shipping fee

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

European Union (EU)

Standard Shipping (CTT)

  • Free shipping on orders over 50€

  • Orders below 50€: 4,90€ shipping fee

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

Premium Shipping (DHL Express)

  • Free shipping on orders over 200€

  • Orders below 200€: 18,90€ shipping fee

  • Orders are dispatched the next business day

  • Delivery: 1 business day after dispatch

Please note:
Orders placed with Premium Shipping on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are delivered on Tuesday. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

United Kingdom

Orders to the UK are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
No additional fees on delivery.

Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
All duties and import taxes are included. No extra costs on delivery.

United States

DHL Express Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over 300€

  • Orders between 150€ and 299€: 50€ shipping fee

  • Orders below 150€: 75€ shipping fee

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days

Duties & taxes:
All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
No customs fees or additional charges on delivery.

Who delivers my order?

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped from Portugal with CTT.
Once the parcel reaches your country, it is handed over to the local postal service:

  • Germany — Deutsche Post / DHL

  • France — La Poste

  • Netherlands — PostNL

  • Belgium — bpost

  • UK — Royal Mail / Parcel Force

  • USA — DHL Express

All Premium Shipping orders are shipped and delivered with DHL Express.

Shipping is costly for us, and we always cover part of the expense to keep prices fair.
